This has got to be the worst company for insurance. We were a long time customers of this agent approx 10 years, primarily due to one of their managers that left a few years back. Ever since she left, things have gone downhill. Every year our premiums went up without any valid reasons and every year they told us one thing and another thing happened. The constant lies, deceit and poor service have left a bad taste in our mouth. We had multiple vehicles and home policies with them and finally decided enough is enough and we need to get out, as we are paying almost double for insurance since when we first started out. Loyalty only goes so far, but when a company keeps messing you over you have to leave and this company cares nothing about loyalty, no respect or anything. I don't know where all these reviews come from, as we were not treated well despite the years of business and loyalty we gave them. Additionally, as a final good bye they charged us not only penalties on our cancellation but additional amounts that we never agreed to or were told about including failing to cancel one of our vehicles resulting in additional premiums being taken out. They even ignored our requests when we wanted to make a complaint about their misrepresentations and lack of honesty. I guess its too hard for them to be professional and honest or tell you what is going to happen. Stay away. You are better off going to a broker than this agent or any company not related to Desjardins.

I'm  6 years claint with this agent for my business insurance..two years ago the employees are werry good professional but now................I called today Feb-10-2021  to get a certificate to submit to the city of Mississauga for annual license renewal they send me a unofficial  certificate wich is  city not accept then I googleed  city of Mississauga insurance certificate from I send it to agent office..so what i means the employees  they don't understand  what they have to do please don't waste customers time ......
