Efficient, responsive, professional.Delivery for family members.I emailed Dustin this morning and received a very prompt reply.We then spoke on the phone as I needed to arrange a grocery pick-up in Kingston, and I had a number of questions. He provided a number of options and advised me of the services they were able to provide.I selected a time-slot at the grocery store for pick-up, and advised him by txt. I had the option to call as well.He was able to fit the delivery into today's schedule, which was terrific.He arrived on-time, with a professional demeanor.Everything arrived in excellent condition.We'll call him again

My experience with Essential Grocery was entirely positive. Dustin was a lifesaver sometime back when I was homebound with a cold and his rates were very reasonable. Also he was very receptive to last minute changes in amending my list along the way. He was gracious and took all appropriate safety precaution for minimal contact in delivery. Thanks again Dustin!
