Nice and professional service. I took my MacBook Pro there for replacing the battery. Though I wasn't 100% sure it was the battery issue so paid for diagnostic as well. And when they confirmed it was the battery, they ordered it from Apple and replaced it for me. It took a bit longer than I expected. (I feel so sorry that I kept bugging them for this. lol)I ended up spending more than $500 because of the diagnostic and labor. Some people may complain they charge much more than Apple stores cuz the battery only costs $200 something. Honestly, it really makes sense that they gotta run this store (pay the rent and employees...etc) and they provide the service close to you at the neighbourhood. They keep the pricing pretty transparent as well, it's not fair for someone accusing them scammers. If you are not happy with it, you can buy the not sure if legit battery on Amazon and replace it yourself, or simply go to an Apple store if there's any closer to you.Anyways, I think they are doing a great job. Recommended!

I recently found out about this business through a recommendation by Apple, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, consideration, patience and excellence in their service. To give a gist re: my experience with them...my phone was on a restart loop. Prior to going to Glitchfix, I went to other tech service providers -- all of whom assumed that my phone either be a motherboard problem, storage issue etc. However, Glitchfix ran a diagnostic on the phone, found that there was an upgrading issue with the phone and proceeded to fix it. 100% recommend this business. Thank you so much, Glitchfix!

Faster than Apple Store. Something was still wrong so brought it back and it was fixed no questions asked. Thanks for saving my Mac from water damage

Well I have not read and of the reviews however I have offered to provide my opinion which is this company is more than fair in their fees for service and information regarding issues. I recently bought a used Mac Book Pro at a discounted price to the new products and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the machine I got. It was thoroughly tested with some of the basic components replaced giving this machine a brand new look and feel.Also they have been responsive for any questions I have had after the purchase. So for that I give them five stars because I couldn't ask for any more.
