I had stained carpets from the previous owner, as well as regular but dirty foot traffic areas; everything is much cleaner now. Ken left detailed instructions for drying times and provided me with covers if I needed to walk on the carpets while they dried.

Very professional & reasonable. Durham Steam Clean has cleaned my sofas & area rugs over the years & the service and results are outstanding. I bought 2 child-sized ikea arm chairs off marketplace, one had a blue stain on it, when i got them back, they looked brand new! Highly recommended!
