Staff are better than other registries and even long lineups here usually go quick, just if it's a long lineup there will be LOTS of weird people in the lineup with you but that's Strathcona lol

This is the worst place ever to get your road test!! They just want to get your money!! No matter how hard you do your shoulder check, they will tell you that you never did it!! Even if you twist your neck like bettlejuice!!And just because you don't touch the curbe for the high hill weels position, i did the rigth thing, i putted the weels in the correct position, but it didn't touch the curbe and was enough!! And he said that i don't do the soulder check to change lanes and i did it all the time!! Like betteljuice but yes, this guys just want your money and they will be happy to get you there again and again to get your money!! And they always will find an excuse to say that you fail. Go to other registry, don't waste your money and time here!!

This place is hassle free as long as you provide the proper documents. I'm from SK and just moved here to AB. $49 for a new ID card and it came in the mail already. I can't wait to start my new life here.

The examinator for the road test judge unfairly and she checked some items without any reason. I think you shouldn't waste your time and your money here.

Amazing customer service by Mr Rhythm. Was here to get health card and id for my mother. He was so professional and kind. Exceptional service. Explained us everything professionally. 100% recommended.

It was quick and they explained very well. There was no rush. Comparing to my Ontario and Quebec experience, it was way way better.

The examiner (11197 )was uncondescending, patronizing, rude, and impolite right from the get-go. For safety reasons, I think it's best to take your road test somewhere else. Making drivers anxious is not how you get results, but I'm sure the power trip feels goodIt was my second road test with her because I had a bad experience in my previous exam with her I refused to go with her at first (if you failed with the examiner you can refuse to take your road test with her/him legally) but the registry staff was refused to change my examiner they told me she is the only examiner there, unfortunately, I had to accept Because she found that I refused to take the exam with her, she became rude and aggressive toward me, it didn’t go well again, she was very intimidating her body language and tone of voice were not pleasant which cause me anxiety and stress during the road test!A very different experience from examiner 10652 he was very polite and sweet approachable, and friendly Highly recommended by me.
