Hollyburn Court Rental Apartments
I am very disapointed with the way my case was handled, I was pressurized so much even after my application was approved, they gave me 30 minutes to transfer the deposit. And was expecting that I would leave everything in my life and just keep deposit as first. I really liked the apartment they showed me. But for them it was just business. I would never recommend anyone to go through hollyburn court. Even though I transferred them the amount, maybe someone was offering them more,they cancelled mine and that's what gives me feeling of bad business here.

I moved into my Hollyburn Court apartment at the end of last year and during my move Ron and Shannon were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel very welcome. The building is very well maintained and you can’t beat the location.

Shannon and Ron made my move from Ontario very smooth! They are both very responsive to any concerns and have been very accommodating and understanding.The building itself is also very nice and in a great location.I would personally recommend this place for anyone, but especially if you are coming from out of town. It helps to have people on site willing to help you facilitate a move.Kumsa

Moving into Hollyburn Court has been such a great experience! The managers, Ron and Shannon, work hard to keep the property clean and well-maintained. They have been very friendly and helpful throughout the renting and move in process (especially since I was moving from a different province). Would definitely recommend!

Hollyburn Court Rental Apartments
My partner and I have been living here for almost a year. The building manager Shannon and Ron are like a family to us they are very accommodating from day 1. They responds right away when we ask help regarding our concerns with the unit. They take care of their building as if it is their home. Our place at Hollyburn is very convenient skytrain is just a block away, bus is just a few steps away so its very easy for us to go around the city and there are tons of restaurants nearby, hospital, pharmacy, grocery and other stores are just a few minutes walk. In short its the best rental apartment we ever had.

Shannon and Ron were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made living here an absolute pleasure! They take great care of the building, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I moved in during the pandemic and always felt assured that things were clean and adhering to COVID-19 protocols. As another reviewer mentioned, this building is remarkably quiet - I worked from home full-time for my entire time living there and very rarely heard noise from neighbours. Overall, I really enjoyed living at Hollyburn Court!

I've lived at Hollyburn Court now for a number of years. The building managers Ron and Shannon are very approachable and very responsive to any concerns that arise. Always helpful and always keeping the building and amenities tidy, clean and running smooth. The building is near a skytrain station, bus stop and also within walking distance of downtown and various locations along south false creek.

Hollyburn Court Rental Apartments
Moving to BC for me was very nerve racking and Ron and Shannon made it so much easier! The building is always running smoothly, they help in whatever way they can, and are always so welcoming. Hollyburn Court is also in such a wonderful location. I love being in this building and calling it home and am so grateful to have two amazing people as my landlords. Wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Living at Hollyburn Court was a great experience, I lived here for 2 years and am now moving to a new city! The managers who live on site, Shannon & Ron are great, they are very welcoming and helpful if you ever need anything. I really enjoyed living at Hollyburn and am sad to be leaving! I definitely recommend Hollyburn Court.
