I had an amazing experience working with AquaResist Inc. My basement was often damp or even flooded, so I contacted them for an evaluation and they quoted a very fair price. The work was done swiftly in just 2 days, the team was professional and hard-working, and they cleaned up really well before they left. 5 stars, highly recommended!!

Quick and reasonable estimate.Five stars across the board!From scheduling to the initial appointment. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.I will definitely call this company in the future.

Company is a rip off. Hired them in May this year to do basement entrance. Gave them first deposit and they started well digging area. After area dug, gave them second and third deposit and they cut out area for door and no further work has been done. Door not installed for months now, no drain put in, no underpinning done, no sump pump put in...nothing. It is now September (4 months later) and nothing further has been Done. My home has been left in a state of disrepair. The entrance remains incomplete as of today despite promises of completion many times over the the four month period. They will be sued. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!Roman replied to this review, but what he is saying is not true and it's a good thing I communicated with him by text or email so i have all the hard proof. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I strongly recommend to not use Aquaresist. In Dec 2017 we hired Aquaresist to install a basement walkout. After an initial good start, the project stalled and we received excuse after excuse. We paid 80% of the total price and received less than 50% of the total work. Steps were framed crooked, and not poured. Railings not supplied or installed. Sump pump not supplied or installed. Enlarged windows and walkout door that we supplied ourselves, were left installed in rough state without caulking, or outside finishing. Window wells not installed, and a large opening in the basement wall was left above the walkout door. In September 2018 Aquaresist / Roman abandoned our project after we pressured them repeatedly to finish the work that had been stalled since much earlier in the year. In October 2018 we hired a different contractor to fix and pour the steps and install window wells. We gave Roman several chances to make good on his promises before and even after we engaged the new contractor to at least finish the concrete work. Railings, filling the gap above the door, and caulking I did myself. Roman / Aquaresist has not reimbursed us for our expenses to finish the walkout, as he promised multiple times, nor has he paid compensation offered to us as late fees. We have an active Small Claims Court case against Roman and Aquaresist because they abandoned the job and left us to finish it ourselves and did not make good on the promissory note for reimbursement of costs we incurred to finish the walkout and that Roman promised he would pay and did not. If Roman / Aquaresist chooses to dispute this review, we have all the emails, progress photos, and texts to prove his poor performance, continual excuses, promises to pay us for his lateness, eventual abandonment of the project, and failure to reimburse our costs to finish the work.Edit: Jan 22, 2022: As to the owner''s response, the contract was in my wife's name - see the image I added below. If Roman doesn't remember us then he can check the legal paperwork we served to him some time ago. I encourage people to check out the physical addresses shown on the Aquaresist website - good luck finding them at the 'office' and don't forget to ask any business doing work for you to give you a WSIB clearance and proof that work on your project is covered by their liability insurance.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the service that AquaResist Inc provided. They are super professional, answered every question, the work and advice that they offer is exceptional and effective. My Basement used to be moldy, now we are averaging 40 to 45 humidity eliminating the mold issue completely. I can't thank them enough for their help.

Thank you so much for the great work!! Had a drain clogged in my basement and needed it unclogged right away, I called Aqua Resist and they answered my call right away and were able to bring a team out to fix my issue right away. Amazing work!

Would not recommend this company for Basement leak repairs!Hired to repair basement leak on the outside of the home in August, however they never completed the work.We have reached out numerous times over the past two months to complete the work but have received no communication in return since they were paid.Gentleman named Roman was in charge of this job which we thought would be a 2/3 day job and has now taken over three months, and still not complete. He has continuously promised to show up to finish the job week after week but has not shown up for two months. If Roman is the one offered to complete your work, I would advice finding another company. Customer Service is of little concern to AquaResist Inc.

I hired Aquaresist because I have an emergency problem with my drain. They react right away. Never took advantage of my situation the rate was more than fare and I got deal for waterproofing job. My drain fixed. I'm very pleased with their service and I will definitely recommend this company for everyone. Thanks guys.
