Been here three times, each time its the same. Won't come again. They give you barely any meat. I ordered a small bowl and i swear that there were 4 tiny pieces of meat, the rest was veg. I saw her take a few pieces and throw it on the grill. I could see more fried veg than the meat. Someone else said it here too that they give you 99% veg and 1% meat and its done on purpose to get you to pay for more meat. I will not. I will go elsewhere as there are better places. This place should be shut down. It should be called VEGY PIT not PITA PIT. You people are stain on the whole restaurant business.

So disappointed with Friday's pick up order. 3 of the same rice bowls with the exception of an one vegetable. All 3 bowls were a hot mess. The size difference between them all was insane and not one of them meet what I would say was the appropriate meal size. We have had them previously so have an idea how much rice etc you'd except. We had also order a wrap that had zero sauce on it. Very disappointing. Friday's dinner was a waste of money

March 19, 2022. Had to wait for quite a while, only one staff on a Saturday night. Ordered a vegan option and my pita was dragged through a very dirty prep station, both contaminated as well as just dirty. Server never changed gloves, even after dealing cash! Never asked if I wanted grilled veg, pita grill was so dirty I waited until I got home to heat. I think this is my last pita from this location. I love Pita Pit but honestly, it's time for HQ to take a look at this location.

If you expect to find meat in your pita, don't go here. You are paying for a small pita around $10 +plus tax for basically 99% of vegetables and 1% of meat. I have bought both their regular and their small and they give you the smallest amount of meat they can. If i wanted a VEGETABLE pita i would ask for it. I asked for buffalo chicken. chicken" not 99% of veg and 1% of meat. Literally i counted out how much meat was in this small ( which i might add only refers to the size of the pita not the contents ) and there were 7 tiny pieces of chicken. They bulk it out with veg. There are much better options in Peterborough like OMG ( that place gives you lots of meat ) or even SUBWAY which at least give you lots of meat. Not this place. I wouldn't recommend unless you are vegetarian. And yes I tore this pita open that you see to check. I've done this two times now and both times meat varies from 4 tiny pieces to 7 tiny pieces. If you ask for a small pita the staff takes less than a handful out of a paper tray of meat and sprinkles it over the fried veg which i might add they give you more than chicken. No

We went in for a pita on the way to the cottage. The gluten free pita was so stale it cracked in half when she tried to roll it and she tried to give it to me like that anyway. She then tossed it in a bowl and considered that to be acceptable. Will never go back poor quality and no customer service.

We love these places, great choice for vegan and vegetarian meals. Hope the franchise expands globally quickly. Always our first choice if you can find one.

Staff was friendly, but the food just wasn't good.21$ for two pitas with barely any meat with quite a bit of cartilage in it. Our shawarma" wraps seemed to be mostly shredded lettuce
