Pretty fair pricing. Fast and efficient and very to the point. Took a day for them to string 3 rackets and with pretty good quality too. Yumo is a joke compared to them since the stringing has recently gotten sloppy and they can’t even do the same given a week.

This is now my go-to shop. Great selection and the best prices around. I got a second hand pure aero for an exceptional price. It’s worth your while to come here and check the inventory.

Like Garry and his always fully stocked shop. I've been shopping from him for many years. His collection for tennis, squash, badminton... is most of the time bigger than other shops in town. He stocks specialized brands that most store don't carry.

Great customer service! Gary was very accommodating. I had placed an order on a racquet that had just ran out of stock, and he was able to not only provide a viable substitute but also gave an option to upgrade to a better one of I wanted.

Tad's always has great sales on rackets. Bought a racket online which turned out to be out of stock, but the staff reached out and were very accommodating in finding another one, would recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new tennis racket!

But if you’re browsing or indecisive and want to ask for some help to pick a racket, then this place is not recommended for you.

This compact shop with great selection may not be for everyone, but it’s the shop for all my tennis needs.The owners are always stringing, so this isn’t the type of shop where they’d approach you/follow you around to see if you need help, but they definitely provide recommendations and get you dialled in when you ask questions.It may seem like there’s stuff everywhere in chaos, but not everything is out on display/on the floor. 9/10 times they have it if you ask it, and their pricing is fair (in most cases less than competitors).They also have a demo program for new racquets and a trade in/second hand option that’s very reasonable.Again, this shop may not be for you, but I would recommend at least visiting once before making up your mind.

I went into Tads today to look for a new racket. I have been to Tads a number of times before and like the idea of supporting a local tennis shop. I was hoping to get some advice on rackets, but nobody approached me during the 10 minutes I was at the shop looking at them. All employees seemed too busy with other customers to help. As a result, I walked out, drove 10 minutes to Rackets and Runners, and received great service. I spent $300 on a new racket. I have received good service at Tads before, so I hope this was a one-off experience, but because of this, Rackets and Runners would be my first choice going forward.

We received the racket quite in time though because of the BC weather there was 2 days delay, but still faster than we expected. Racket is in good quality and we are very happy with their service and price. Thanks!

Everything tennis. And badminton. And a few more racket sports. The store is not particularly tidy or inviting, but they have almost everything you might need if you play tennis even if you can’t find it; just ask the owner! Their prices are lower than their competition and this is really a matter of your taste where you want to shop: price vs visual appeal of the store. They do fast and high-quality stringing too. I have had my badminton racket strung here but not my tennis racket yet. It took probably 15-20 minutes only.
