So I tried a new to salon hair artist today, and she wasn’t great. Showed her a sample(wig) of hair cut I wanted and she wasn’t able to deliver any where close to the sample. She also did not offer to clean me after the hair cut. When I came out I had hair on my shoulders and arms. Not a big deal, but I think this is part of their job.Accentric is great at service usually. And Stacey is who I usually go to. But time crunch and all, tried this hair stylist and was disappointed.Accentric - don’t write back to me, I would not come back for any price.

Stephanie is AMAZING. I've never loved my hair more than after my appointments with her and she gave me great advice about keeping my hair not frizzy and dry. I now love my hair thanks to her.

I went here in December for a purple balayage. However, the result was not what I expected. Many things were odd about my appointment. Lengthy review ahead.(1) My hairstylist handed me the foils with no explanation. She expected me to give her the foils as she was doing my hair. I did so throughout the session to be nice. (2) She was EXTREMELY rough with my hair/head when she was rinsing. (3) She didn’t rinse my hair as much as well. (4) My scalp had spots of purple. (5) The colour throughout my hair was uneven. (6) She stained my top with purple. (7) My hair bled purple for a month. (8) She didn’t explain proper aftercare for my hair, only told me to use sulfate-free shampoo. No purple shampoo or conditioner. The colour in my hair didn’t last long.I don’t go to hair salons often, so I don’t know what’s normal at a salon or not. I don’t know proper aftercare. I went to a different salon a month later and I’m happier with the results. The hairstylist explained that none of what I experienced should have happened. I was given a discount for the stain, but I feel that what I paid for vs. the customer service don’t match.I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but after telling friends and family about my experience, I realized that the treatment I got was far from good. As a client, I’m very disappointed about me having to do the hairstylist’s work and not being given proper instructions to care for my hair.I don’t want to drop her name in this negative review, but I would be happy to if Accentric reached out.

Sydney was the absolute best, I have been nervous to go to a salon for years and spontaneously booked this today and had opening in an hour, I have fell in love with this salon! Sydney did amazing job and I will be back for colour treatment. Thank you for being so genuine and making my experience so welcoming! This will be my new favourite place to come and I can’t wait to bring my daughter to get her hair done next. Best service and just very happy with the results she made, I feel like a new person.

I booked my first hair cut appointment with Briana, I found her to be very attentive, understood my vision and not only succeeded in achieving my end result but she went above and beyond and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. She has definitely gained me as a returning client and I look forward to future styles with her.

I have been going to Accentric Salon for a couple of years now and have been seeing Briana for all my hair treatments - she always takes the time to ask what I’m looking for and always exceeds my expectations! I always leave feeling my best after each appointment. The Owner and staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I came to this salon for my first time as a last minute booking. I was scrambling to get my hair done as I had a wedding to go to in 2 days & my original stylist got sick and had to cancel last minute. They got me in the same day I called with Mustafa, and he was absolutely phenomenal. The colour was exactly what I wanted, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a better haircut before. I will 100% be coming back to see him:)

Kim is great! Thoughtful and careful, he doesn’t whip through the haircut. He spends time with his clients and will take time to make adjustments and recheck the cut. No rush, great style, I trust him implicitly with my hair! The salon is bright, welcoming, very clean and professional. All staff seem genuinely friendly anytime I have been there. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend this salon.
