I love this Tim Hortons! They are wonderful here, they always make my tea right. The staff are very friendly , but the quality of the products at this location are far better than a few of the others in the area. I’d rather go the extra couple of minutes to get here. Personally LOVE that they grill the bagels here, the warm cream cheese is EVERYTHING and I want this to be a standard for all of the locations in Canada.

Ever since the new owner took over this Tim Horton’s has become horrible. The staff turnover is ridiculous, I swear there’s new people working every time I’ve gone. The drive thru is arguably the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in, and they can’t even get the orders right half the time. When I last went a few days ago there was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru to my surprise, yet I waited over 5 minutes for 2 drinks! Whoever is in charge needs to learn how to train and retain employees. Every time I go, no matter the time, I can always count on this Tim Hortons to give me the worst experience possible.

This Tim’s has done a great job managing minimal staff and staying open to the public for dine in since new owners! They have not had to close for take out only. They are creating a Tim’s that we can be proud of for our busy restaurant! Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Orders are correct, and mobile service is exceptional! I recommend this Tim’s!

Went in to grab a bagel this morning. Waited 20 minutes in store to get three of the tiniest pieces of bacon on my bagel. If you make your customers wait forever for a sandwich the least you can do is toss a little extra bacon on there to make their wait worthwhile. Once again let down by this Tim Hortons in the oddest way. Will spend the extra $70 to just go to the urban Parisian for the rest of the summer.

I don't know what's wrong with Tim Hortons nowadays.Every time someone gets something wrong.I order 1 small ice coffee. They charged me for 2!!And it is NOT possible to send your complaints to the link they send you.

Best location of Tim Horton. And the owner is spot on. Carrying about the customer. Only been there for a little bit but I felt that this is a location that is of service to me as a customer. Would definitely stop by again on my travels.

The Port Dover Timmies used to be my favorite stop in Port Dover. Since I moved out of the area, things have changed. A lot of the local regulars have moved on and took a lot of the ambiance with them.

It’s a 50/50 chance they make your order correctly. Also wait times are ridiculous. I understand it’s under new management, I’m normally very patient fast food workers as it’s high pressure, but it’s frustrating when I get one drink, then must wait 15 minutes for the second drink just to have it made incorrectly.

The washrooms are nasty I was I there a year ago ..Sink was disgustingly dirty.. used the washroom again this weekend and the sind was still nasty !! Garbage overflowing and on the floor .. garbage on the floor of the restaurant. The first time I saw this I called the store but apparently the manager didn't care because it's still nasty.. I even carved clean me in the dirt on the sink on the womens washroom ! One year difference. Same grime ! .who is inc harge of cleaning there ??????

Great stop today on my Sunday morning drive! Even though the line up was long cause it was a busy time, chatting to all the lovely people waiting to order was great. Super friendly staff as well!!
