French drain was plugged. Basement flooded . They came .They saw. They fixed and replaced the outlet which was plugged. Excavation and backfilled. All good. Great to work with.

I asked for an estimate via their website and I got a call back within the hour, and an appointment scheduled for the next day. They were extremely professional, very friendly and very efficient.They came in, assessed the situation, retrieved their tools and fixed my clogged drain, very efficiently. They also answered all of the questions I had.Great great service and a really great value for it.I'm very happy and would recommend them 100%.Thank you, Vallée et Fils Egoutier, for the great service. HAD A FLAT ROOF DRAIN THAT WAS BLOCKED DURING RAINSTORM OCT 16-17/ 19. WATER DROPPED INSIDE KITCHEN . MARCO SENT HIS VERY POLITE WORKER ALEXANDRE TO UNBLOCK THE ROOF DRAIN. WITHIN MINUTES THE LAKE ON MY FLAT ROOF EMPTIED AND WATER HAS STOPPED COMING IN THE HOUSE. EXCELLENT RAPID SERVICE. GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR DRAINAGE PROBLEM AND THEY WILL PROMPLY FIX IT. GREAT WORK

These guys are very professional and take pride in their work.We had rocks in our main drain and hired them to excavate, fix the drain, and clear out the rocks. A few weeks following the job, we experienced another blockage. They came back with their camera to learn that there were still a few rocks that were missed.What has impressed me the most is their commitment to fixing the problem. They have now cleared the remaining rocks and will return in couple of weeks to ensure the problem is in fact fixed.I would recommend this team as they stand by their work.
