This is an amazing clinic located in the DTES offering a multitude of mental health and addictions services and primary care at it's best the clinic staff and the Peer specialist are top notch in their game if you are without a care provider I highly recommend getting on the list for intake and utilize all the services and care options at H2H

New facility. My Dr, David Hall is one of the people who opened it as an adjunct of St Paul's. This is a professional team who have worked together for some time including the phlebotomists & as such have an easy & concise style of communication & access to resources. The experience is also above par... A concierge greets you to check you in. Once done you're offered spring water or Starbucks coffee. When I lived in Beverly Hills & paying top dollar privately I didn't get such 1st rate treatment.This is a community branch and only accept clients who live within a certain distance from the clinic.Participation in a face to face survey is offered every 6 months to clients for a $30 renumeration.XoXo ❤️

This clinic used to be good.1st clinic I've ever heard of that takes an hour lunch break before it's patients. Also getting ahold of them is a joke.

Let's just say they took my wife fully off of her pain medication without tapering, at the same time as diagnosing her with ms. Hall and fairweather are 2 of the worst doctors I've met. And I know many across the country.

This clinic is exceptional in patient care,I've seen things there that show they actually really, truly care about their clients. I give them five stars,they have everything on site,blood work etc. Very nice people.

Hope for Health is a medical office where health practitioners include doctors, nurses, social workers and a phlebotomist on staff.
