What just happened here today?The owner of this Mom and Pop shop (let's call him 'Pop'), just gave me the most inexplicable retail experience I've ever had. My 29 characters on a 1 x 4.25" plaque turned out to be too big a pain in the ass for Pop. He was genuinely irritated throughout most of the ordering process. At no point did he even try to hide his distain for my (very limited) project details. When it came to me saying that the lowercase letters I'd printed out actually had to be engraved in uppercase
