Mary Brown's Chicken
Lady was working at the till, and gentleman was enjoying his lunch break. Lady took our order very quickly, but was unsure of one item. Muhammed heroically and immediately stood up during his break to lend a hand. Our large order was complete within 10 minutes and was repeated from memory to ensure all items were include.Spectacular and utterly hospitable customer service. Would recommend to anyone in the neighborhood with chicken on their minds!

I asked them not to put pickles on the chicken sandwich and yet the put it. The sauce had spilled all over the bag. I didn’t knew what to order the guy could have suggested something but he kept staring at me which was very awkward. No napkins in the thing I had to ask for it, very bad experience won’t be returning here anytime soon. Very poor customer service.My chicken sandwich was 2/10.

Today is April 20, 2023. I just picked up an order of popin’s and taters. When I entered the store, it smelled like burnt plastic. I didn’t think anything of it until I got home. My entire order tastes like burnt plastic! The popin’s are dark brown and the potatoes taste disgusting. They either haven’t changed the oil and are serving customers old oil or they dropped plastic in the fryer and just kept cooking food in the contaminated oil. I tried calling to speak to someone about this but they will not answer the phone and the mailbox is full. The food is completely inedible and I’m out $13 because of lazy food handling practices!

Waited over 20 minutes for my walk-in take out order of 2 Big Mary Sandwich Combos, watching the employees fill numerous bags lined up waiting for delivery drivers that hadn't even arrived for their orders. Got home, my Big Mary sandwich was in a dirty sandwich box that had dried cheese(?) on the inside (no cheese on the sandwich), the chicken was cold & missing pickles. The quality of this location has declined significantly in the last year.

The chicken tenders we got were soo stale and dry! Attached is a picture of one of the tenders - cannot even recognize it. I noticed also the chicken in the burgers have been refried in bad oil and have a lot of black pieces on them. The quality at this location has seriously deteriorated. Sad because we used to go here really often.

They wrapped my chicken wrap in orange wrap like a burger folded over 3 times. It was literlly the size of a burger squished small. The sandwich didnt have the brioche bun or tomatos i paid for. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. The only thing that showed up right were the crispy chicken twists.

This spot really went downhill. Last two times I bought a meal, it was stale, cold and just unpleasant. That's $25 I won't be seeing back, and this place has lost my business.

Customer service not the greatest by the manager Muhammad charging customers(teens under 18) for mayo 30 cents next to me he had 25 cents and still asked for the 5 cents more. Sure it’s your business but the Mary browns at northgate treat customers much better.
