Food is generally a good deal for the price given the all-included options (soup or salad, fries, ice cream). Kids’ meal portions were large. Family-oriented and spacious facilities.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Richmond, and overall, I had a great experience. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and I felt warmly welcomed the moment I stepped inside the restaurant.For my main course, I ordered the lasagne, and I must say that it was one of the best I've ever had. The layers of pasta were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The cheese on top was melted to perfection, giving it a nice crispy texture that added a pleasant crunch to every bite.Next up were the wings, which I found to be just okay. While they were cooked well, I found the sauce to be lacking in flavor and a little too sweet for my taste. That being said, they were still enjoyable, and I appreciated the effort that went into preparing them.The veggie meatball was a pleasant surprise. I am not a vegetarian, but I found this dish to be a great alternative to traditional meatballs. The texture was just right, and the flavor was rich and savory.Finally, for dessert, I had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious pistachio ice cream. The ice cream was creamy, and the pistachio flavor was rich and nutty without being overpowering. It was the perfect way to end the meal.Overall, I had a great experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Richmond. While the wings were not my favorite, the lasagne and veggie meatball more than made up for it. And of course, the exceptional service and tasty dessert made the experience all the more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal in a warm and welcoming environment.

‘Ello Chaps,Old Spaghetti Factory may lead you to believe it’s a Canadian Olive Garden of sorts, but on contrary, it’s far more than that.With more than a dozen locations throughout Vancouver (and Canada), The Old Spaghetti Factory got its start in the historic Gastown district of downtown.The restaurants feature stained glass, antique light fixtures, vintage artifacts, and good food.As the name suggest, there’s plenty of pasta to choose from – spaghetti, alfredo, lasagna, manicotti, linguine, parmigiana --- but there are other seafood, chicken, steak, and ribs options.Ask for extra bread and butter – it’s divine.Overall I give Old Spaghetti Factory four stars out of five.

I use to love the Spaghetti Factory food way back when… Tonight, after many years, we returned for a family dinner. The service was great! And the atmosphere was nice, with all the lovely Tiffany lampshades. The menu has enough choices for everyone and extras are included with all the entrees - salad or soup, sourdough bread with delicious whipped garlic butter, tea or coffee and ice-cream. The fettuccine I ordered was decent, but not as wonderful as I remembered and, sadly, there’s no longer chunks of candied fruit in the spumoni ice-cream because of people’s allergies. All-in-all, I’m glad to be back.

Haven’t been here in years!!! Food is still as I remembered it and the prices really haven’t changed even though inflation is so high.Sourdough bread and garlic spread is exactly how I remembered it and both the manicotti and lasagna were delicious. Lunch portions are fantastic and we were both beyond stuffed. Service was also super friendly and attentive.Will come back again !

Mediocre, not busy at all, bread was warm and good garlic spread. i had the tortellini and it was pretty tasty. my favourite thing had to be the french onion soup!

I ordered the ribs, looks great outside BUT it’s TOO dry. Had a hard time separating the bones from the meat. The Spaghetti that comes with it is bland and too watery. Ice cream is good though and also the Calamari Fritti. We came at around 6pm on a Saturday. My wife ordered the Tortellini Pomodoro and she loved it! Skip the coffee but not the ice cream! The server is nice and fast considering they are a full house.
