Most recently in August of 2017 I placed in order through this company's web site using the paypal service. I was a little nervous placing my order through a company I had never heard of but, within a few weeks I received my order in the mail. I am 100% satisfied with the service and outcome of the order! Although the company does business in Canada they are still dependable and a great resource for out of print sheet music.

I placed a very large order with them for music as a first time customer. The selection was great. I love the binding style. However, one of the books arrived with eight pages missing. When I contacted the company they were initially helpful but then said that they wouldn't replace it because they'd never had a book with pages missing before and therefore it was somehow impossible" that this had happened. Then they accused me of defacing the book myself and trying to get a free copy. I'm not a printing expert

When I can not find the music anywhere else, Tredwell's has always found it for me. When I was a kid, my dad and my music teacher always dealt with Tredwell's . They said it was a best place to go. I think it still is.

I was looking for a particular book of Beatles arrangements for classical guitar that has been out of print for years.Tredwells had the book! I had the pleasure of working with manager Peter Sarmatiuk who was super helpful with the order process and kept in communication on when my book should arrive to me in Florida.Just a great overall experience thanks to Peter!Can’t wait to start learning these pieces!Thank you Peter!
