I’m very happy that I chose Crystal Glass in Lethbridge. The front counter staff was very welcoming and friendly. The workmanship on my car is great and it was completed ahead of schedule. I was also very surprised that their pricing was much better then other shops in Lethbridge. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again when needed.

Teresa Helped me out find a window I’ve been struggling to find and made sure all my needs were met, I live in Saskatchewan and was willing to order one in for me aswell as helped get in touch with sister locations. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 response time. I stopped at Crystal glass on Monday and placed an order for class to protect our 5 pieces bedroom furniture set. The glass was ready for pickup the next day. The glass fits perfectly looks amazing!

Very happy with my experience both times I have come in. The repairs were well done along with being cost and time efficient. I think the quality that comes with the attention they take not just with the repairs, but with the front-facing aspects of the business (multiple staff working phones/front counter), and is well above the norm.

I ordered a screen door kit after a chat with Teresa on the phone yesterday. She was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. A couple of years ago Crystal Glass replaced one of the panes in my patio doors with friendly,skilled service. Later that same year Teresa gave me an excellent recommendation for another firm to apply coatings to our south facing windows to keep the heat out. I highly recommend Crystal Glass. I am 3x a satisfied customer. The phone is of Teresa with my screen kit that I picked up this morning.

Called them about leaky windows and they said they'd come out. Took all my information down, and waited for 2 days, no call, no show. Very disappointing.UPDATE: Changed from 1 to 4 star. After this post, someone from Crystal showed up. It's unfortunate that negative reviews have to be posted for companies to take their customer service more seriously. Appreciate that they came.
