Original Joe's is my 103rd eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in town.The last time I was here was ten years ago. My family and I would frequently come here because of the unlimited French Fry refills and dill dip.The dill dip is the only thing familiar that is left from ten years ago.The server I had is the reason why I give this place a higher rating.The food is where this place falls short.Sadly, the unlimited French Fry baskets are replaced by two small sides. I picked fries and veggies & dip.I was disappointed by the two sides. The Fries were seasoned McCain superfries, and the veggies & dip only had eight pieces total.My Impossible Burger led to me adding jalapeños for $1.75 extra as it only has a pickle slice, lettuce, and a tomato. I was surprised how thin the burger was overall. I am glad they added in several jalapeños though.The dill dip was as good as I remember, and the Impossible Burger patty was good. The burger desperately needs some sort of sauce inside.I couldn't imagine how bland this burger would've tasted if I didn't pay for jalapeños.After tax and a 15 percent tip, I paid $25.66 for an Impossible Burger with jalapeños that included two small sides and water.The place is clean. I appreciated the Funkadelic, Apartment, and Stevie Wonder music.OJ's is fine after seeing a movie nearby because it is the only restaurant in the plaza, but I definitely wouldn't recommend driving from elsewhere just to eat here. It is one of the few restaurants open in town on Sundays.Nearly any other sports bar and family restaurant in Vernon has superior food and bigger portions.The food didn't taste awful, and the service as well as the famous dill dip was great. However, the small portions and thin on ingredients will leave you feeling a bit disappointed when you're done.

Had a nice kid free dinner with my wife. Enjoyed Lettuce Roll-Ups for an appetizer, followed by Jalapeno Mac & Cheese and a Buffalo Chicken Poutine. Our Server Holly was amazing. She was super friendly and very quick with refills and anything else we required. Very nice evening.

Comfortable sports bar style facility. Foods although mentioned to be high quality was barely mediocre. I arrived in Vernon late and 2 restaurants already turned me away at 8pm and 810pm. At 816pm original joes took my service. Double marghretta night to boot. Yes please. And a steak sandwich with out the potatoes and breads. The staff was very polite, accommodating and the cook was precise on the rare sirloin steak. The salad was bitter and contained, bruised mushy pieces. The Margherita was tasty but very low quality tequila.

I always enjoy visiting Original Joe's. The food is always great quality, the staff are friendly and pay attention. The cobb salad is huge. The chicken burger was a good portion as well. We've never had a bad experience at this location. We will definitely be back.

Ordered spicy crispy chicken burger and ghost pepper crispy chicken burger. They do have healthy options as side dishes. We really enjoyed the food. Hostess was sweet too.. overall good experience, will visit again.

We had about 25 people in our group with all separate bills ....the waitress was amazing....very professional.....and she kept our glasses filled. Good teamwork between waitresses too. I will for sure go back.

I love the patio area at this restaurant. Staff are very nice. This time around I was more tended to where as lasttime we waited about 40 mins to get a plate of nachos when there were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant, and there was only toppings and cheese on the top layer, the rest was just tortilla chips. The 'Patio Joe' drink is my new summer favourite though! Thanks!

Was there for lunch. Awesome service and food. We sat for a bit visiting, after plates were cleared, but being a weekday, not a rush to turn over the table. Great experience.
