Ain't no time I go Mark's on Eglinton and have lots to choose from, I love this location, it's Awesome there

The employees were helpful. There was a good selection of clothing and I was able to find what I need with no issue.

Pretty good selection but always a little slower on a sale weekends. Good return exchange policy allows for 100 days. In and out in 30 minutes. Clean, tidy and fairly well organized. Staff available yo open the fitting rooms, just ask! Good durable clothing that stands the test of time and fashion!

Came to this location because they had everything I wanted in-store. Was really impressed with how much they stocked for trade workers. Got to see many of the items in person that I've been eyeing online. Lots of women's stuff too. Will definitely be returning for more. As an added bonus staff was really friendly and helpful.

Today is boxing day,I bought waterproof boot with 25% discount,the guy was very helpful to find my item,it was just one in the storage,I appreciated about that.but cashiers look not friendly and wired behavior special black lady!!

It's a hit or miss. I usually order from online. A couple times I had returns. In December when I went the male cashier was fine, was quick and got me to sign the receipt. Recently I went back and I had two items to return from two different orders. I ordered two of the same jackets at different times and prices. She was confused and was trying to return the jacket from the order I didn't want to use for this return, I wanted to use the order number for the one purchased earlier and cost more. I decided to select for my receipt to be emailed to me once she finally processed the return. I never received my receipts and was concerned because she also never got me to sign the store copy either. Luckily got my refund thankfully. That particular individual when I entered the store was just talking with her colleague having a casual conversation and it was that same colleague that told her to help me and she said to him I'm waiting for her. I was pulling up the online receipt but could have still given her the background story of my return while doing that. She wasn't actively listening to understand my explanation of what I want to return from which order number. It got done eventually, but wasn't great service that time around.

They have quality products for sure but prices are too high. Definitely there is a room to improve the pricing. knowledgeable and helpful employees. Overall good experience.

Worse customer service experience I came to buy boots and older gentlemen in the boots department had no clue of what he's doing no knowledge I had to look and find my own size and when I had a question he was no where to be found and when I found him he's reply was whatever manufacturers send that's all will never go back hereHighly nit refind a place where employees want to help you not walk away

The inventory is mind bogling with wide selection.I had to ask where sale items were since they were not in a visually obvious place. Best to try on items because sizes vary especially in footwear.

Had to stop by and fulfill my work uniform voucher. The young lady helping me was very pleasant and polite, and helpful.
