Worst machine guys they need replacements or may be they are not happy with their life trying to make others life hard as well , they dont respect drivers , my chassie lock was stuck the machine guys didn't helped me can cn take the responsibility if that container did any damage on road , they need to change their machine oprators worst people thereEven for the coustomers go with cp its much better

Very worst management. High profit company making truck drivers to wait in the yard more than a 4 hrs.Grain operator are very lazy people.they have to get paid by container move.

CN misc phone system needs go change. Thier is no prioritized system where its first come first serve. It's basically like a casino you just have to hope they pick up your phone call. I was in 2nd row for 1hour 15 mins. They need to fix this. No one cares. Lots of Fuel is burning because of their negligence

Wait times can be extreme (3+hrs), no signage in yard for drop location but yet expect you to know where they are, maps are absolutely useless, toplift operators generally won't give time of day let alone any information if your even in the right place, if allowed this review would be given -5 star rating

Very bad service in all three terminals and there is no arrangements to lodge a complaint, plus you will be threaten to ban for life time to enter in the yard,if you want to complaint about.Few crane operator guys are really great and their service is much appreciated. Fast app also not providing fast servise because you have to re-enter the information again when you arrived at the Koisk and there is no technical support available for Model pass issues. So everything moving in the deep hole and taking toll on transpotation companies waisting time in line ups and congestion on roadway ,blocking completely one traffic lane.Upper management should look into this .

Been calling on phone from 15 mins and only 4 trucks were there . Everyone has to go to booth to get service.They doesn’t pick calls in evening. On top of that guy in booth was rude like it’s our fault that nobody is picking up calls.

They don't care who is waiting for long hours very unprofessional and mismanagement people. All drivers have to suffer lot .

If there is little rush, ingate sucks can be hours before you entre and then hours inside. If you are picking up a load bring you lunch dinner and next day’s breakfast as well. Its that bad. Once i had to spend 14 hours for picking up from here

I called in 58 times. 22 minutes of redialling only to get answered as soon as I blocked my number. Something ain't right. They need to fix this.
