Took over 2h for him to arrive after telling me 40 mins, then 10 more minutes several time. Told me it was be 15$ plus minimum 50$ depending on how hard it is, took 1 mins to do and charged me 120$. Dishonest about time and price

I contacted Grizzly to repair and replace a front door lock. The workmanship provided by Lior was exceptional, Detailed and precise. He had all the hardware required and finished the job in less than 2 hours after having to re align the door that was completely off. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for the efficiency, quality and value provided.

I want to express, how good of service Lior has provided. He called beforehand to make sure I still needed the appointment, he arrived the exact time, which was very prompt. He was polite and courteous and explained everything that he was doing to rekey the doors. He also looked and explained the technical details of the doors. I'm very much indebted and appreciative to Grizzly locksmith. Moreover, as a bonus he is a great storyteller with a lot of charisma and sense of humor. Strongly recommend.

We have a very old glass door and lock which was in dire need of replacement. The guys at Grizzly went above and beyond to help us. They spent several hours on this issue making two long trips to a supplier trying to find a new lock for our old door. The bill was very reasonable. We can recommend them very highly. It is rare these days to get service like they provide.
