Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
The food there was really good, we got the Miso and Shoyu with smaller sizes and the portions were perfect. The service was also really nice and would visit again. The gyoza filling was also really well done.

Compared to other ramen restaurants we had been to in Vancouver , we were disappointed and not impressed .We both ordered the medium size, but portions were small . The regular miso broth tasted very plain and the egg was over cooked . The Kara miso was just ok. We won't come back again.

Not the first time coming to Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, but first time at this location. Food is good and server is super friendly. However, it is hard to find a parking around here.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
We always go the the ramen crossing the street, however we had the sadly news it was permanently closed, so we decided to try something else. Based on Google reviews we entered this place, and the sign ”please wait to be seated” was inside, the waitress came and was not courteously receiving us, he moved the sign outside and asked us to wait outside, we were with two kids, nobody was waiting neither at the door nor inside, and it was cold outside, so why try a new place where not even at the entrance we were not welcomed? It doesn't matter if the food would be good, people need to understand the heart of the business and who actually pays the bills, especially now when many businesses are closing doors, it needs to be worth it to ”see” my money.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
A typical great Japanese Ramen restaurant.The broth had a rich umami flavor, I especially enjoy the thickness and texture of the noodles. However, there isn't anything particularly exceptional that would make me inclined to give it a five-star rating. This is mainly because there are numerous outstanding restaurants in the vicinity, offering a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

Great place for ramen. It’s one of our favourites. The Kara miso ramen is solid. The gyoza is fantastic here as well as the sauces that go with it. This is my wife’s favourite ramen place.

Restaurant gets busy for good reason. My friend and I really enjoyed dinner here. The Cha Siu ramen and roll cake were good. Service was kind. Water was tentatively refilledWe noticed this place is really popular for dates. There were a lot of gay and straight couples throughout our dinner, while we just went as friends, hahaI definitely recommend this place. I suggest for dates too seeing the other customers. Place as a good interior

The broth was nice and flavorable but it would be even better if it was thicker. The noodles were at an average level of firmness but I prefer more chewy noodles. The toroniku was perfectly cooked. It looked dry but actually was moist and soft.

Decent reman, but no WOW experience.Kara miso reman: not spicy at all, typical Japanese food. I love a little bit hard-texture noodles and the price for I-ku-ra don combo.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
This is a popular Japanese Ramen restaurant franchise all over the world. I have eaten at multiple Santoukas in the US and around Vancouver. The ramen is just the right texture. The pork cha-su was fatty and delicious. It was every bit as good as I remembered.I'm glad the consistency is always there no matter which Santouka I visit!
