Kara was so sweet and friendly during my appointment today! She was kind and explained everything and she is so quick!

I have been going to the Assiniboine dental group since I was little, and I’ll never go anywhere else. It has always been a welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly and kind. I have started taking my boys there, and they love it, too! Thank you so much Assiniboine dental group, you never disappoint!

Went for a dental cleaning with Shayla and she did an incredible job. She was very gentle and able to explain everything in an easy to understand way. She’s thorough and professional while maintaining a warm & welcoming approach.

Jackie was awesome. She was patient and genlle. Was careful with my sensitive teeth & I was completely relaxed during the cleaning. Dr. SVDB is the bestest

Usually I don't mind the dentist. Having had orthodontic work done means a dental visit is a breeze. What bothered me this time at ADG was that even though I've made specific reference to my hearing loss, I was seated at a chair where the hygienist was on my deaf side - so as soon as she started asking me questions, of course I can't hear her. I've seen them make note of this in my dental records: wouldn't it make sense to review your next patient BEFORE they're seated to make accommodations when required for situations like this? It's also in my file that I experience earache following dental work and have been assured frequent breaks from opening my jaw would be taken. No offer to take a break was made - it shouldn't be up to me, with instruments in my mouth, to say hey I need to rest my jaw please". I also felt like "just a lump of flesh" when the dentist came to do the exam. Very dry

Dr Jen Renouf and her Dental Assistant and Administrative Assistant, are awesome to deal with. They listen to me when I need something extra (rolled up towels under my neck, etc.). She’s very gentle and I’ve been fortunate enough to have her as my family dentist since in or around 1999. I highly recommend her.

My dental hygienist Vivian was very thorough and pointed out areas of concern regarding gum care. We r working together to create a plan to do so. Her attention to detail was very appreciated.

My team at ADG is extremely thorough, skilled and caring. They spend time explaining every part of their process. I have a blood cancer and oral health is extremely important for my well-being. I have complete faith and trust in Dr. Orloff and Vanessa (hygienist). They are amazing!!

They are honestly horrible, I always get reminders for my sons apts but never for mine. I canceled a few because I was sick and missed a few as I forgot due to no reminders. Then they decided to tell me that no one will take one me on because of “my track record”. The manager Heather is so unprofessional and very rude literally made me cry with how mean and condescending she was. A lot of my family and friends used to go there but, no longer do because they are so inconsiderate and mean to people. Never will I ever recommend them.
