I had the most delightful experience when visiting this store. There was this wonderful worker named Ky who was beyond kind, patient, and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I wish every customer service worker treated their customers the way Ky treated me!

Amazing experience here.. had Paul Assist me… he is an amazing person great knowledge.. will always go back here for his amazing recommendations and customer service.. he is an A++ employee.. would definitely recommend promoting him as he truly loves his job.

Very clean and very nice store! Great selection of products and accessories. Good branding and staff. It has become my go-to store in Ajax. They really helped to answer all my questions and gave me multiple great experiences. I highly recommend!

Absolutely love this location. Ever since I discovered it, I strictly shop here. The staff here are super friendly, helpful and patient. Today I ordered delivery for the first time off their website and the service was outstanding. I waited less than an hour for delivery, got a call to confirm it was a good time and even got some treats in my bag! Would give more stars if possible. Highly recommend shopping here!

Terrible customer service, website has incorrect info about products. Won't be coming back. Updated 06/22 Thanks to the wonderful management team for turning my experience around, got the original product I wanted and couldn't be more pleased.

I was really blown away by the awesome customer service and large selection of vegan gummies offered at 4K. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and recommend others to check out their products
