Great store with absolutely everything you could need for Lacrosse! The staff is very knowledgable and helpful and the selection can't be beat! Even if you are out of town it is worth the drive or online order!

Amazing service! We were desperately searching for field goalie equipment in the off season. The staff at Slash were so helpful. Even though they were in a middle of a move, they found the item for us quickly and shipped it next day.

Uninspired by poor customer service. Small business should never need to be reminded that you must honor a promise by a staff member or owner. We live an hour from the store and asked to verify a purchase. We were told the broken lacrosse shaft would be replaced in the phone conversation with a male staff member. Upon arrival, the owner(female) said that she was declining replacing the item even though we verified the purchase a 2nd time. I was asked to leave .with nothing to show for our travels. THE OWNER'S RESPONCE WHICH FOLLOWS IS A FALSE PORTRAIT OF WHAT TRULY TRANSPIRED

My experience in Slash Lacrosse was very positive! Everyone working in this store has knowledge about the sport of lacrosse. The staff answered of my questions, and I got some great suggestions about new equipment that is all very functional but protective as well. There is no shortage of brands to choose from in Slash Lacrosse. The owner (Janelle) really goes above and beyond, as I have witnessed her go to the store after hours for customers. Customer service is a top priority for Slash Lacrosse and it shows!
