My friends and I have never been this satisfied by the service we received at this location from Henry Wong. Leaving the airport later than we planned and arriving to enterprise after they had closed, Henry still allowed us to come in and pick up our vehicle without rushing us and even added a free upgrade! He was very nice and patient and made sure we had all we needed in order for our trip to be successful and hassle free.

My experience with this car was great. The price was just alright because its insurance costed higher than the car’s rent.But when we received the car, it’s only 37% charge. Service were decent. Only weak point was we need to find supercharge since we didn’t want to waste time for fueling but eventually ended up at traffic jam road in downtown and waiting at a charge point station that there was only 1 workable station being used by another guy. We couldn’t go anywhere far, wasting time a couple hours. I’d recommend anyone who needs EV car that just call them for refueling before getting the car. Then the problem could be easily solved. I can say this car was worth it anyway.Thanks to them that when we returned the car, they’re willing to drop us at the Shipyard. We had both great memorable days because the polestar and the staffs.
