I had a problem with my washer and consulted with Peter his advice.We discussed the troubleshooting process and other possible options.In the end we settled with the option of purchasing a new Washer & Dryer set and Peter helped in the selection for our needs and coordination. The delivery was flawless and we had an amazing experience.We are extremely happy with our new set and pleased to have Peter help us through out the process! We've been using Pambis Appliance Service since we bought our house 2 years ago. Unfortunately for us, all of our appliances in our unit and our rental unit broke in the first year of home ownership. Pete is always available for an efficient and honest evaluation. We've used him for both appliance repair and also purchased new appliances through him on several occasions. We completely trust his professional opinion. We cannot recommend this company more highly. A++

Simply Amazing! Peter did an amazing job replacing the motor in our older dish washer model, even going the extra step of replacing the old copper wire with flexible piping. Its like a brand new machine! Highly recommend their services. Patient, hard working, calm, friendly and professional service that goes above and beyond!

We have used Pambis several times for some rental properties we have in Toronto. Peter as been great to work with, and we have never had an issue with any work he has done. He is always transparent about costs of parts and the work involved and explains what is going on and what the part is. Highly recommend using them for any appliances you need looked at.

Excellent service over the last five years Peter has resolved all our appliamce problems. Including recommending and installing a manufacturer upgrade to our Kitchen Aid fridge to extend its service life as it is in great shape.

I had used Pambis a long time ago, so when my dryer recently stopped working they were the 1st on my list to call. Right from the moment of my call, Chris was super helpful. He made sure that his brother, Peter, would call me the very same day.Peter, not only called me, but made sure to come by the very same day to take a look at the dryer.Long story short, it took about a week for the new parts to arrive, however, Peter made sure to get it repaired the moment the parts arrived; he even called me close to 9 pm to inform me that the dryer is all fixed & working. WOW!Along the way, he also offered me a loaner dryer to make sure that we were not inconvenienced ... talk about customer service!I cannot say enough good things about both Peter & Chris. They are both hardworking and honest. I will 110% call them the next time any of my appliances break down, for I know that I will be in safe hands.I highly, highly, recommend them. Mr. Peter came to my home to repair a dryer. He took some three hours to tell me that the motor is gone. That was fine until Mr.Peter started to pack up to leave after receiving his payment of $101.70 for his service. Mr. Peter took down my meter box cover upon his arrival, there was no wires exposed at this time. So when he was leaving I asked that he put the cover back how he met it so the wires aren’t exposed. He then became irritated telling me that the meter cover was faulty. So I said “ok no problem sir I’ll fix it myself”, he then said “no I will do it because I don’t understand your problem” I felt insulted and was taken back by this and asked him to leave he then stated “I’m not giving you a estimate and I don’t think I want to come back to repair this” at this point I became upset because that was the whole point of me paying the $101.70. After calling my front desk for security assistance he then sent the estimate and was excoriated out of my unit.This was extremely unprofessional and I think Peter need to be assisted mentally and have his anger managed before being sent out to provide services to clients.P.S I called this office and recorded the conversation between himand myself. I will follow up with my review after my call is return.01.27.2021Ok so yesterday I got a call from Mr. Chris, telling me that Peter is going to contact me with an apology which I have yet to receive and not to mention Peter Pambis is supposed to be the owner of this “company”. That explained everything.
