I’ve been going to the clinic since it opened. I’ve had different treatments for different issues and I honestly have to say that each treatment has helped me immensely, All of the staff, every single one, is kind, caring and there to help the client. I’ve had physiotherapy, massage, dry needling and cardiac rehab and I am so grateful for this team. If you’re looking for a multi service physiotherapy clinic, I highly recommend Activelife Physiotherapy and Wellness!

Julia is the most knowledgeable physiotherapist that I have ever seen. She not only takes the time to educate her patients but she also ensure that they understand the information. She is friendly, caring and professional. Her clinic is beautiful and immaculate. I highly recommend!

This is a great place to go for physiotherapy! They also do massage therapy. The staff are friendly, patient and kind and very skilled in their fields. I worked with Julia Goudie after a knee injury. She really knows her field and gives her all with her patients. I definitely recommend going here.
