In and out in 4 hours! I didn't think it was possibleThat includes waiting for 3 separate results that were done at 3 separate times (bloodwork, ekg, xray)The staff was very helpful

I’ve only used the emergency room once here but I had a good experience. The hospital is on the dated side but the staff is very good and attentive. I didn’t have to wait long either.

I am not impressed .... last month my gf presented herself to the ER with agonising pain in her abdomen. She waited 8 HOURS in waiting room before being seen. They sent her back home with some pain meds and asked her to come back next day morning for an ultrasound. Turns out she had appendicitis and it had ruptured.... needed emergency surgery that same day. If they would have assessed her earlier she may not have gotten that bad.

I've been here twice. Once for gallbladder issues, I was throwing up violently and was dehydrated. Last night , I was having complications from a surgery. Both times I was sent home after I was asked my vaccination status.They're a discriminatory hospital. They would rather send unvaccinated patients home with no care. Disgraceful. Outaouais has the most despicable health care.

Bad hospital some ppl were vomiting my daughter wasn't well and we have to wait like 8hours before they do something and that is not cool some ppl are very sick and they have to wait alot of time they take good take but they should help faster its very long

They saved my life when I had a double pulmonary embolism and dvt in both legs.

First let my say they have very good Doctors at this Hospital, my Husband went to emergency last October and was diagnosed with a Heart condition, even the reason for going was a different one, our Family Doctor never picked up on it even. I would give this Hospital a 4.5 for the quality of Doctors and a 3.5 for the Nurses, many are very nice and professional some are unfriendly and rude. But the worst are the Receptionists, how can they keep staff that has such a lack of interest in their job, we stood in front of the Receptionist in Emergency( with a very sick Heart Patient) for 10 min while she was chatting with a colleague ignoring us and avoiding eye contact , I had to call her out to give us service, needless to say she felt interrupted and was therefore rude on top of it, afternoon of June 22.,

I had minor surgery today at this hospital. Everything about it was as wonderful as it could possibly be. I was called way before the surgery by an incredibly nice woman who explained everything in detail and answered all my questions - and then gave me her direct extension so I could call if I had any other concerns. The surgery today went very well and everything around it was terrific - the hospital staff, the surgical team. I know that everyone has been stressed during this time of the pandemic but it did not show around me today. I highly recommend this hospital and will always be grateful for my experience today. Thank you SO much!
