Heather is, quite frankly, a treasure and gift to this community. She embodies the true heart of a yogi and her classes are done in the spirit of humility and grace. She has helped me change my life. Whether classes are in studio (pre pandemic) or virtual during these lockdowns, she creates a space and an atmosphere where you feel safe and cared for. Her classes and teachings are body inclusive and she takes an approach that makes it possible to connect with yourself on all levels. I can't recommend her classes enough. I have been practicing yoga with Heather on and off for over 11 years. She is truly a gift to our community. She creates space in each class for all movement. She incorporates modifications naturally and whether I was injured, pregnant, or feeling 100%, I would walk away from class feeling strong, empowered and ready to take on the world. Even in this virtual world, all you have to do to show up.

Heather is a professional yoga instructor! Been practicing with her for 18 years. Online and in person Heather will adapt the class to evey ones needs. Sensitive and down to earth her life journeys and studied have made her invaluable yoga instructor.
