bad service such selling worst tickets with highest prices and changing date it's $50cn but they will charge $100 if they will answer or if they do it's because they want to charge triple.

I have been working with this travel agency for over 2 years now. I found their service and response to be exceptional. Easily 5-stars. My phone calls were promptly responded, even if it was after hours or they weren't at their office they still respond. Jaleh, who helped me, is super nice and patient. She is extremely helpful. She checked every single flight I wanted and patiently looked for the best option for me. Most of the travel agencies I’ve been to before get frustrated easily and are very rude. She is not comparable to them. She is nice, professional, and fast. She gets the job done perfectly. Thank you for all the time you put for me, and finding me the best deals for my vacations.
