Don’t go here. My mom went here and told to her they don’t accept direct billing . The audiologist KATHLEEN said THAT THERE IS NO HEARING CLINIC THAT ACCEPT DIRECT BILLING! But she was lying! And offered her the oldest model of hearing aide and worth 4000$ . And that 4grand you will get a newer model of hearing aid in puretone clinic!I even had a hard time to get my refund! I went back and forth to their clinic ! No answers from them when I was calling them. And I had to wait for 2 weeks!Go to PURETONE! They are not ripped off! They are honest! And they have a different hearing aides that are high tech.

I felt very comfortable with Bob Quelch. He conducted the interview professionally but made me feel comfortable and was very helpful explaining things in language I could understand. I left the office feeling confident in my choices for the next step.

I recently had a hearing test in this location. I was concerned because of occasional difficulty hearing in noisy locations. Not to mention my history of playing in loud rock bands. They were honest and professional. Not trying to push hearing aids. (which I didn't need and they pointed that out) But if I ever were considering, HearingLife would be my choice!

My mother, husband and myself recently had hearing tests at this clinic near the Lougheed Mall and my mother has purchased hearing aids. Bob Quelch attending us was very knowlegeable, very patient with seniors and very professional. Highly recommend!
