Should've checked the reviews before bringing my car here. Unbelievably poor customer service and negligence from such a big dealer. Totally lost my trust. Never coming back again.Scheduled to bring my 2020 X3M here for some check-ups. Supposed to get a loaner while they check the car.The first thing the advisor told us was that the loaner doesn't come with winter tires, so either stay here and wait or drive the loaner at your own risk. Which is ridiculous, what's the point of offering a loaner vehicle if it is unsafe/unusable on the road?That wasn't even the worst thing. The car came back with damage to the steering wheel, I instantly felt it as I was leaving the dealer. Texted the advisor 5 mins later to check what happened. A couple of hours later, no follow-up until I have to reach out. Not a little assurance or responsibility from the advisor but only received justification and denial that it wasn't their doing.The whole situation just left in the air. I might as well just go talk to the wall, to begin with. So I wasted less time and energy.To be honest, The car is worth 100k. A small damage to the steering wheel doesn't mean much. But it is a matter of principle. But good for you to save a couple of hundred bucks on repair bills and lose a client forever.I've talked to other BMW owners, the consensus is that Park Shore is a better place to service your BMW. So pick wisely. Surely you don't want your BMW returned with random damage. Especially M cars owners

We've had some very polarised experiences with Brian Jessel BMW in the past 3 years or so. We purchased a new X3 from them in early 2020 and the experience was fantastic. The sales guy was patient, nice and considerate and made an extremely good deal for us. Unfortunately he left the company not very long after that. Since then we used to service our vehicle there and the experience is also very good.However, in Oct 2022 we were shopping for a new X5 at Brian Jessel and the experience was beyond horrible. The asian sales that was allocated to us obviously wanted to make a quick sale and treated us like idiots and cash cows - no price negotiation, adding optional package that we don't want, low ball trade-in offers for our X3. As soon as we made it clear that we are not accepting their offer, the sales immediately wanted to kick us out and don't want to talk to us anymore.Since then we purchased two new BMWs from an alternative BMW dealer in town. Taking our business somewhere else is the best response for treating us like that.

The entire process from presenting the features on the car, all the way through the delivery was exceptional. Could not ask for better treatment. Understanding my needs, to helping me learn what I was purchasing, providing details on leasing vs financing, delivery of the the vehicle and so much more. Thank you Rachael and Calvin for making this i4 eDrive purchase so memorable! Absolutely first class. Thank you!
