Jewels On Ninth
I took my rings in to have the claws checked after not having done so for a few years. I dropped them off (which I hate doing) expecting a long wait for them. Well I received a call from Brian the next day (I think!) to tell me the condition of my rings. We agreed to what I should do with them & when I told him that the insurance had been taken off them, he suggested strongly that I put it back on, which I did!! Brian offered great advice & gave me great service & I would recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweller in Cranbrook. Well done!!!

Highly recommend Jewels on 9th! Brian and Heather went above and beyond in helping me with a very sentimental ring that I brought in.Thanks to them, I can now wear and enjoy my grandmothers antique ring for many years to come! Excellent service.

Jewels On Ninth
Went in to trade in some jewelry and hopefully find my wife a dream ring. Staff was cold and uninformed. Told me my .65 carat diamond was worthless and to basically keep it in a drawer. Another local shop valued the stone at 2500$ trade value. The women at the counter was all about the up sell. Not great selection and over all a negative experience. Go anywhere but here for all jewelry needs!

These guys are amazing I had a problem with my wedding rings and they fixed the screw ups of the other store and made my rings so beautiful. they exceeded my expectations. I have no words to say how happy they made me feel when I got my rings back. They are so beautiful. Go there and you will be happy tp

I have had big life events in the past few years that have involved the purchase of new jewelry and adapting heirloom jewelry for my own use. The staff at Jewels On Ninth have provided exceptional service. When I brought in my mom's well worn rings, they restored them beyond my expectations. I could not believe that they were the same rings.

Jewels on ninth is not doing enough considering their competition. Having a small jewelry shop must be hard, but that just means you have to do better than the chain stores.The store just isn't updated for modern day. The styles are dated and over valued. Their jewelry cleaning service is notably more expensive than other private stores. Unfortunately the staff is cold and mildly insulting. They don't foster an environment that makes customers feel valued or confident in their choices.I encourage them to do better and improve staff training.
