I am very happy with the service. My cleaning professional (and, forgive me, we've exchanged names but I have a cold and I'm thinking through cotton wool today) is very professional, cleans well, and is an excellent communicator. She asks good questions and acts on the information given exactly how I would expect her to.

Hard working stayed till 530 and would not even take a break. My wife and Mom asked her many times to take a break and she kept putting it off. You can tell she’s a hard worker. The cleaners seem very determined at this company. We were impressed.

I have been using Scrubbi’s home cleaning service for a year. I am a loyal customer. Customer Service is responsive and helpful. Email is the best way to get ahold of them, or press 1 when you call. The cleaners are always professional, friendly and work hard. I enjoy the Scrubbi portal on their customer site for rescheduling service appointments. There was one time when I had an issue with the clean and Scrubbi fixed the problem quickly. FYI they do not have refunds but they will give you credit towards cleans. Highly recommend.

The cleaner that came in the other day was pleasant to have in our apartment and is particular and thorough in her work. All the other cleaners we've had have been very good.
