Glitch Fix Toronto

I went to their location at Steeles last week and they advised me they have another location in Toronto. I visited that location today as it is closer to me i will say i was very impressed with their facility. They did some work on my bosses macbook, and were able to accommodate the warrenty. I would highly recommend this company for any apple users. There is also plenty of parking and a tim hortons next door while you wait.Thanks for great work

My water-damaged 6-year old MacBook Pro needed expert handling. Found Glitch Fix on Google Maps. Called to see if they are open, website said they were closed. Was invited to come down without an appointment. Jilbert gave me a very thorough run down of best & worst case scenarios, and an estimate with option for replacement parts either used or new. In less than 2 hours from start to finish I had my MacBook back with replaced keyboard, trackpad and batteries! Total cost $406 CDN all in ($300 CDN parts & labor + $60 CDN for diagnosis + tax) which is on the lower end of online estimates for such jobs! Highly recommend! ... Also lots of free parking and next door to Timmy's!

Saved my life and $$$! When I first visited another apple certified repair shop, in the Dundas west area, they gave me bad customer service to start with. They didn't even try to troubleshoot the issue my macbook had, all they asked was fill out a form and leave my macbook with them so they can diagnose. I called this place Glitch fix at this location and they were very accommodating and asked me to just bring my macbook without even having to book an appointment. I went in and they were able to help me fix the issue which took them just 5 minutes. I will be definitely using their service in the future!

OMG!!! Best customer service! We are also a small indie retailer and when my store's computer decided to completely meltdown on Monday when I tried to boot up, and after multiple calls and tries to fix by calling Apple, it was suggested we go to an authorized Apple repair. Our computer is older and considered 'obsolete' by Apple, so we called Glitch Fix and were completely blown away by Jilbert's attention to our issue, how fast he came to see us and then again the second day when one issue still was not resolving. We are more than pleased with his service! Highly recommend to anyone needing Apple support. He is a treasure! :-)

My second experience with GlitchFix was just as good as my first. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to do a good job and make their customers happy. Extremely helpful and friendly, which is so important as having a broken computer in the work-from-home era is stressful as hell.I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Needed a laptop to be fixed because of some water damage in my trackpad. Looked up places for it to be fixed and found this place certified by apple and decided why not give it a shot. They fixed my laptop very fast and no problems seen again afterwards with my trackpad. The people are nice, speedy and excellent service. Would very much recommend!!

If you need to fix an Apple product go to the Apple store! This service provider is not up to Apple's standards whatsoever.. failed to fix my iPhone 13 and when asking questions about what information was giving to me I was met with rude responses and combativeness. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
