Nina is wonderful and I have been sleeping well and much more conscious of how my body is feeling since starting some osteopathy sessions with her.

My Massage with Ally really helped relieve the aches and tension I had. Would definitely recommend her and Natural Balance as she was polite, knowledgeable, and gave a great treatment!

Nina is amazing knowledgeable and not rushed. Fantastic timing through the whole body treatment. Her knowledge of how the body works and impacted by factors. Will be returning. Her suggestions for helping yourself and whem to return are reasonable. She truly loves what she does and gives her clients the attention they are they for Love and recommend her.I saw Nina several times for an osteopathy massage over my endomitriosis. I was so much pain it was hard to do anything. The Osteopathy for endometriosis helped relax the muscles, made me bleed for a full 7 days with pain relief and the inflammation calmed. I continued to see Nina several months apart to get the full benefit.

In March of 2021 I reached out and connected with Nina as I was really crippled by tendonitis and Fascia-related pain and mobility issues. I had booked a massage and after assessing me she spoke up and said Osteopathy was what I was getting, and I am so glad she took me in hand. It took a series of appointments and lots of homework & education, but within a couple of months she had helped me improve upon years of increasing problems due to the very physical nature of my work. She has also helped me more recently to work on calming my very busy nervous system & reducing tension by including simple calming exercises every day. At 60 I am functioning better than I was at 55! Can't thank Nina enough.

Seriously the best in town! Denise is amazing, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, she deserves it. Prenatal massages are beyond relaxing and I leave without feeling like a waddling penguin. Plus she does a neck and scalp massage too, WOAH! Incredible.

I had my first treatment with Nina at Natural Balance and it was amazing. This was also my first experience with Osteopath and it was wonderful. There is a lot less tension now in my body and with the stretches Nina recommended it’s going well and I feel great. Never have I ever experienced such fast results to rid me of pain and discomfort. I went to see Nina to help with some neck pain. I mentioned that I was suffering from severe hot flashes multiple times a day thanks to peri menopause. Much to my surprise, after my second visit with Nina the hot flashes were completely gone. It’s been over a week since my third visit with her and still not a single hot flash.
