The service here is outstanding. The staff are professional, exceptionally attentive, and helpful (special mention to Eleni for her attention to our family). Enjoyed brunch buffet offering a wide, quality selection. Highly recommended.

Mosaic Grille & Bar
I really enjoyed my time here. We came a little earlier (5pm) so the restaurant was quiet and we got a seat looking out the window over burrard street. We went for dine out vancouver 2018. The service was great. I was really impressed by the taste and plating of the food. I would come back for a special occasion and recommend this place for a romantic but not overly lavish dinner out.

Just left this wonderful establishment after a delicious Mother’s Day brunch. The service was attentive and accommodating - our server Pritam was amazing. Chef Daniel Chiang was lovely as always, coming around the restaurant at least 3 times to say hello to guests and ask us where we’re from, and as busy as he must have been he even engaged in a few minutes conversation with my 72 year old mother that had her smiling happily the rest of the brunch. The hosts were also very welcoming. The food was great - a lot of variety and selection to choose from. We cannot wait to go back (before next year’s Mother’s Day brunch!). Thank you Chef, thank you Pritam, thank you Mosaic staff.

This place was nice! We were staying in the hotel and wanted to try it for breakfast. The food was good, a little pricy, but the service and atmosphere were worth it. I enjoyed the eggs benedict, fruit bowl, and mimosa. I would definitely recommend!

I had my breakfast here during one of my stats recently so I can only speak on that. The restaurant is located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency Vancouver hotel. I think it is safe to assume most, if not all, those who dine there are hotel guests.They offer breakfast buffet and a la carte. I went with a la carte because breakfast buffet seemed to be a bit excessive for me. It is also more expensive. I ordered the classic breakfast with sunny side up and multigrain toast. It is pretty typical and standard breakfast item so no surprises there.The service was good and my server came over a few times during my time there to make sure my coffee was topped off.Overall I think this is a good and convenient place to have breakfast if you are staying at Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

Buffet is mostly good. Some basic were below average but other things were above average. Great service, omelette guy is awesome. Bacon and sausage are delicious. Croissants and waffles were very Meh.Fresh fruit bar was good, and they didnt charge for juice and coffee.Not worth 39$ before taxes. But conveniant when you stay at the hotel and in a rush.It would be a 4 stars review if price ratio was better.

A fabulous place with a great view of the city centre. The food is delicious, with a large portion. I haven’t tried the breakfast here, but the lunch is exceptional. The place is quiet, and the service puts you over the moon. I came with my baby boy, and the waitress rocked him with the stroller while I was eating. I will be back again this week. A cup of coffee and a piece of cake in the little quiet, comfy oasis are enough to make your day♥️. All in all, prompt, attentive service with extraordinary food.

Great convenient bar for inside the hotel. Good assortment of food and large cocktail menu. Plenty of seating and Warm atmosphere. The pizza was phenomenal, spinach dip was nothing special and wings were very crispy and delicious.
