Just wanted to say thank you to the friendly staff in here today as they didn’t have the bench I originally wanted but were quick to offer me a similar bench at a reasonable price. I also purchased a couple high quality 40 lbs dumbbells.

WOW best customer service ever!!! I called looking for a set of bar hooks to assist with rotator cuff issues, knowing I would be in Oakville to pick them up, as we were headed there for an appointment elsewhere. As it turns out, we had to cancel the appointment and likewise stopping by Fitness Depot in Oakville. When speaking to the store, they offered to have them dropped off in COBOURG while one of their sons was attending a hockey tourney. Thx v much for the service excellence =D

Daryl & Fitness Depot Oakville was SO helpful! Out of hours of searching online and calling 3 different fitness supply stores, he was the only one who got back to me and got my product within one day! After I didnt make sure the equipment would fit in my car, he set up a safe and solid structure to pack my equipment and secure my hatchback!! So impressed with Daryl going way above and beyond!!! Thank you so much!Not to mention, the equipment is amazing quality and the most competitive price on the market!Ill definitely be back!

I went in to make a small purchase. They don't take cash. Fine (although that is illegal). Asked for my name, address and phone number. I don't want to be on a mailing list so I politely declined. The man insisted, so I said John Smith, he refused to accept that and asked for my real name. I refused to make the purchase and told him he is exactly like the reviews on the internet. He said he needed my real name because they sell treadmills. I said there was a sign saying no returns or exchanges, so why do they need the info. He repeated again that the computer system requires it. I walked out.AVOID.

I have spent thousands in this store but after my last two visits they have lost a customer, given the extremely poor service from Daryl.A week ago, I visited the store to buy an extension for my adjustable dumbbells. I found the salesperson Daryl, to be rather rude and abrupt but despite this I wanted the product and proceeded with the transaction. Daryl was able to pull up past receipts to ensure they were selling me the right extension. However, it turns out they did sell me the wrong thing. When I bought it both Daryl and Mark (the manager), said if it isn't the right thing, I can return it and even wrote so on my receipt. I told them I would come back the following weekend to return it if it wasn't. The morning I went to return it I had misplaced the receipt but figured they could pull it up on the system like they did the week prior.Daryl totally remembered me and the entire conversation, until it came time for a refund. Then he suddenly, he had amnesia and couldn't remember a thing. He refused to pull up the receipt on his system. When I asked him do you not remember the conversation I had with you and Mark?". Do you not remember writing on the receipt I could return it? All he kept saying is I need the receipt. This would require me to go home and try and find it.Fortunately

Love getting my equipment from here, but the older man working there is horrible! He said debit only, and then upon purchasing he said debit or credit. I asked him if I could just pay credit and he refused to switch the machine to credit option. Also asked him if the plates are on sale or if the price is reduced permanently, he just said idk and rushed me to pay. Witnessed him be rude to two other customers as well. Horrible service.

Only place i found with a good selection of rubber coated plates. They hv many n stock & dumbbells. The price is far better then othrz.

Very bad customer service. I really felt like I wasn't welcome and they couldn't wait for me to leave.They have all the All sales are final" signs all around and I asked for two plates by BRAND NAME because I have others and had purchased them from a different location that's now closed...he brought them from the back and left them by the entrance. I didn't think I had to check since there was no mention of him bringing me a different brand and/or asking if I was ok with that.I get home and realize they were not the brand I specifically asked for. Now I'm stuck with different plates just because they have the ridiculous "all sales are final" policy.If I knew of the policy
