Can Nutrien management take a look at how much time the trucks have to spend sitting here waiting to load, especially urea. It’s the bushiest place I know of in northern Alberta yet they have the slowest loading system no overhead bins or high capacity loading conveyor. We have to sit here 4 or 6 hrs at a time waiting to get loaded!!!! That’s half our day how are we supposed to get to our destinations and deliver and be back the next day. Consider at least always operating both loading bays or get overhead bins going so we can actually get our job done.The ladies at check in and staff seem great but the facility needs to up their game with loading. This is pathetic making us loose so much money in wasted time.

Try being a trucker hauling fertilizer out of redwater. The ladies in the scale shack are awesome. The loading facilities are prehistoric which makes redwater the worst place to load at. Agrium seems to think we can sit at redwater half the day. I'd have given it no stars but it wouldn't let me post unless I gave it a star.

If you are a contractor on this site, you are a nobody. Make you sit in their lunch bubbles with heat that doesn’t work in the winter, or ac that doesn’t work in the summer. They make you walk around through a live plant to get to your lunch room, cause they don’t want you to walk through the operators parking lot, cause it prevents them from getting out quicker. They take Covid seriously which is good, but then work you in their old historic plant that is filled with lead paint, asbestos, and their old unknown product that is left behind. They refuse to bring in change rooms at some bubbles which leads to dirty coveralls been brought in.... They are very serious on brass out times, but this historic site only has one brass out gate that turns into workers being locked in and standing in line on their own time. Last major shutdown contractor parking was unable to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot, which resolved in u/turns on the highway! Not the best decision making site, and do not care about contractors as much as their own.

Only been here a few times but every one treats you with respect. Great bunch of people.

Good place to work for a shutdown. They’re a little high strung about which Way you turn out of the parking lot at end of shift (the BIG spring 2019) but I’d definitely go back & will be... local work is where it’s at and Nutrien (agrium redwater) was safe too.

The people in the office are amazing they help you out they do a lot for you they are outstanding give them a raise
