I took my second doss on saturday they didnt send me the confirmation almost three days I called peel region they took all information still I didnt see the email . I dont know who will solve this problem .It looks like that they are disorganizes

Well organized, nice people there BUT 'Cannot' seem to receive our results/confirmation of our 2nd Pfizer rec'd here. Have called twice but they have no answers regarding this. It's been over 10 days since we had our shot. So if you are asked if you want the hard copy, say YES, cause god knows when you'll get an emailed copy of it. Disappointed in this regard....should not take this long to send out a confirmation copy!!

Yeah my family members came here for the vaccine when I found out that the staff here is neglected full as hell of patients with heart issues.Shame on the staff here, my mum is immune compromised you all treated my family like this.

People are nice in person but don’t even try calling them! Horrible experience on the phone. Zero customer service skills. Zero patience and zero willingness to listen to the citizens concerns!

Was trying to get my second dose of Pfizer here but they are giving moderna. They are only giving Pfizer to kids 12 to 17 years of age. Regardless if you have your first dose of Pfizer you are getting moderna for your second. Waste of my time.
