Excellent service and if they don't have it, at least try to find it for you.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. However, their RMA/warranty is horrible!. Had issues with the company standing behind certain faulty products that were sold. For example, we had dozens of display adapters that failed. We paid to ship them back for an RMA , Powernode said they tested them & found no issue. We ended throwing them out as they had a 100% failure rate!. We then purchased their Iview tablets that would not charge the battery while they were being used as the computer would consume more than the power adapter could provide. Once again, at are expense, we sent the products off to Powernode for an RMA, they shipped them back to us and told us that we needed to provide a higher amperage charger at our expense to allow the batter to be charged. They would not warranty the computers. These are just a few examples of the issues we had. When Powernode was pressured to back their products they became angery. We moved to another supply and have never looked back!

They cancelled my order without contacting me. I saw a refund come through instead of the products I was waiting for. Wouldn't shop here again
