I've been there on a few occasions over the years and, while the pace is typical for any such office, I always found them to be efficient and pleasant. Besides, based on the fact I am always number 1 or 2 in line I'd rather deal with a dragon than sit for an hour in line.

After a terrible interaction with the Garson location. I started to call around for more information and got Chelmsford who actually answered the phone. I had been calling for 20 minutes with no one answering the lines. Well Garson picked up once and hung up. Unlike all other Service Ontarios around here, she answered my questions and was very helpful. You can tell they get quite a bit of characters, as they are quite defensive when speaking to them, but we navigated through that just fine. At least she remained professional and helpful, unlike Garson.

I thought customer service people were supposed to be friendly? This lady clearly hates her job and it shows. If you can’t be cordial, you shouldn’t be working in this field. Wow. Terrible.

Had the same experience with these two women. The one that I talked to could not be bothered to even try to help me. She was incredibly rude, taking personal phone calls while assisting" me

Worst service Ontario I've ever been too. Two women working" but actually one taking customers.The lady taking customers was rude and argued with me about vehicles IVE owned.She was terrible to deal with from the beginning and completely unpleasant the entire time.I will NEVER to to this Service Ontario again."

Want to be treated like absolute trash? Go to this service Ontario where you’ll be treated terribly every time you go! The same two ladies work there and every time I’ve been there, months apart they’re always the same miserable ladies. Both of them should be replaced or trained on how to treat people.
