Central Auto Wash
I’ve been using this car wash for years. Sadly today will be the last time. My biggest complaint is the equipment. Last week I used the wash and a leak up top had water running down my arm and soaked my clothes. I’m not sure what the idea behind the flex head brush, but the one I used today was flopping like a wet rag, causing the hard part of the brush to drag across the paint. Also whoever did the installation has the wand and the brush supports backwards as the brush won’t go 360 degrees without crashing into the wand plumbing. These cost me extra time. I have another favourite wash that will get my business from here on.

A bit over priced and the dividers between bays don't stop the water/soap from other vehicles getting on yours/you.

Weirdly rude. Won't allow customers to use the bathroom. Despite their claim, they do not have the best touchless automatic car wash in town. It's true that the new owners have invested in the infrastructure, but the automatic car wash is orders of magnitude lower quality than the original. Also, I wouldn't ever recommend shopping for insurance where you wash your car.

They use cool, not warm, water and owner was beyond rude when I asked for 2 dollars back. Very un called for. I was polite when I asked! Can understand where the girl in the front gets her rudeness from that another customer mentioned.

I have used this car wash since the day it opened but today will end up being the last. Over 3 months they have overcharged my credit card on several occasions. Stop time and their system acknowledges an amount and then the charge comes through for more than the acknowledged amount. Today, their system stopped my wash at 13 minutes but kept running. When I tried to restart, it jumped from 13 minute to 15 minutes, shut down, and charged my card for the 15 minutes. Not to mention their wash water is ice cold. Use another car wash!

Don't bother going to this car wash if you are paying with change. Machine's take your coins but don't give you time. Then you go ask the gentleman at the front for your toonies back and makes it a big deal. All I want is my money back or wash time. Very unprofessional. Your time/money will be wasted going to this carwash !

Used self serve car wash - they really insisted me to use their reloadable card they provide to put money on it. So, I did. Wow - did I ever get rid of money quickly just doing the self serve wash. Guy I spoke to agreed, one has to be quick it eats up money fast. About a buck a min. I’m in the wrong business! Now when I do go I just use change, seems to do better for my needs. They do have a change machine there but the bills have to be fresh from the mint it seems or else it’ll just keep spitting the bill back out.

Awsome! After using the self-serve car wash bays three times now I have had a really good experience. All the equipment seems very new and worked really well. I feel like the price was reasonable. They actually had two employees cleaning the bays while I was there. I will be back.

I tried it today because the signage says it's the best carwash in town. The sign didn't lie, my car came out looking new. For a $14 touchless wash it really shines.

Decent car wash. The girl working in the office area was not very pleasant on any of the times I was there. Actually rude on a couple occasions when I had issues with the wash itself and the change machine. A little customer service can go a long way.*****UPDATE**** I have given those car wash 3 more chances. Twice the machine took all my coins equaling 5$ and gave me 2$ worth of time. Both times the management and the same staff member as above clearly didn't believe me. Like im going to rip them off for 3$!! Fix your machines and we won't have this problem. The manager even told me that the coins were a nightmare for him. I won't be back.
