Eastlink

Good people here! I had an issue with my phone and i really needed it right away. . I just happened to get there as the manager arrived. I wish I'd gotten his name. He had my phone fixed in just a few minutes. Did a reset and i was good to go. Lifesaver!! My hat's off to these guys.

Alex was so helpful today. We looked at several options for the best phone plans and left with a better deal then what we currently have. I always go to this store, customer service is excellent!

Set up change of address 2 weeks in advance, first they canceled our services at the old address too soon and had to reconnect it remotely. Then when the technician came to hook up the new services at the new address he said they couldn't do it and needed to run the wire from the poll which required two guys..I offered to help but no such luck. It didn't get done and I'm ordering Bell as they tried to reschedule three times. (I'm guessing they are either short staffed or too high on marijuana to perform). I do not recommend EastLink, the technicians are lazy. (likely stoners) Btw I do smoke, responsibly. NYL

Terrible internet and the customer service agents try to get rid of you.

Horrible customer service. Bryan needs to learn how to talk to customers appropriately. Will not be back.

They have nothing for travel data that isn't crazy in price.

Went into this store last week looking at their prepaid package for their mobile service. The person there was not customer friendly. It looks like he want to be extremely rude and uninterested because I was looking at their prepaid package. I am not with Eastlink on their other services but if this is any indication on how they handle their customers it is extremely unlikely I will switch to their other services in the future. Went to Koodo and had an opposite experience therefore went with their package.
