Had Warm Home come blow in cellulose into our new garage attic. They didn't install as much as quoted, but when I called them they sent out the crew quickly to correct the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they handle it that makes the difference. Warm Home did a great job!Because of the first job they did I called them to come back and spray foam my sloped ceiling and attic for our home. Very happy with both jobs. Will be calling them again for my next insulation project.

Your staff fully observed that the infill build on Clarence avenue had not been sealed properly regarding the roof. They continued to spray insulation anyways, this blanketed my back yard, where my dog is, my gardens for FOOD, I have a chronically ill child who is now around this and I have no idea what is in the insulation. Clearly it warrants your staff to wear full suits, the woman on the phone told me that is not supposed to happen. That's where it stops right there, should not be happening. Then some dude rings my doorbell and attempt to tell me it's fine. It's not fine. He told me he would eat it right in front of me (he isn't a picture of heath and needs to brush his teeth) The insulation was pouring out to a point I thought it was a random blizzard until I opened my drapes. Hire better technicians and refuse work until the house is ready..

I had been in touch with several spray foam insulation companies and none of them got back to me. I called Warm Home Insulation and they came quoted me a price for insulating the rim joists in the basement. We set a date and the job was done. I can't believe the difference in the basement since we had this job done. It has made such a difference in the comfort of being down there now. They told me it would make a big difference in how warm it would be and it sure is. Thank-you for such a good job.

Last year I went through 2 tanks of propane per week at approximately $65 on a tank exchange. Tom from WarmHome quoted on installing R-18 foam. They installed this summer and until this last cold snap, -25c and lower, I never realized how much difference it would make. I have a bottle of water on my bench that has yet to freeze. I only have ceiling fan and small infrared heater running. I go through 2 tanks every 3-4 weeks.Great job!!!

Warm Home upgraded my attic insulation and about a month later, also spray foamed my basement. Estimator was punctual and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. They showed up exactly on time and got the job done efficiently. Both crews were friendly and took the time to explain what was done and make sure I was satisfied. Job site clean up was very good. I very rarely recommend contractors, but I would recommend them to anyone.I have worked as a residential renovation contractor for 28 years and this type of service has sadly become very rare. The good folks from Warm Homes did an outstanding job insulating the 1st and 2nd storey walls in our aging home. The job was done while we were on extended travels. Warm Homes provided top notch service.

Don’t deal with this company. They came to my home and they were supposed to add to my insulation and when I left to get my kids they also left. A month later when I contacted them they informed me they did not do work on my house whatsoever. When I mentioned the fact that the guys were here and installed two vents in my roof and sealed my pony doors he still denied it. He eventually conceded that one roof vent was installed. After dodging my phone calls for a month I finally contacted Hydro and that’s when they finally return my call. I was told by Trent in person they would take out the vents and fix my roof with a new bundle of shingles. When I contacted him to weeks later over the phone As he had still not called me back he then denied ever saying that. This is the company that you would be dealing with if you had them come to your house. I have since contacted the company and Hydro once again trying to get my roof fixed.

It's like they are trying not to get your business. I called two weeks ago to get a quote to have insulation added to mu roof and they said they would call back. I heard nothing for a week until someone called me asking what my square footage of the house was (information I provided with the initial call) They again said someone would call me back and I have not heard from them since. There are many other companies that want your business and do good work. Use those

Really friendly and above all professional people. I worked with Tom on getting my basement spray foamed. Builder had done a terrible job using batt/poly, which caused some mold growth. Not only did Tom guide and reassure me on how to deal and get rid of it, but he made himself available 24/7 to answer questions. He got very personal with my project, and even helped me out with managing my cost, and the crew that did the work was quick, courteous and above all clean. I highly recommend them!
