Steph was a pleasure to work with. I wanted to improve my diet and exercise habits. I’m not much of a cook, but Steph made it easy and she was always supportive. She worked with my existing go to meals and helped me tweak things. Checking in daily helped me stay accountable. As a result, I lost at least 10 pounds, which was my goal. She made the process seem easy and I would definitely recommend her. Thanks Steph!

I just finished my 6 weeks with Stephanie and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. Not only did we put together a plan and set out goals, we crushed it!Healthy food choices and a gradual workout program got me stronger, leaner more energetic and feeling amazing. The beauty of this program and Stephanie’s approach is that daily tweaks feel seamless. She taught me that’s it’s not the big changes but a bunch of small ones that get you to achieving your goals. Stephanie is there every step of the way. Daily check ins, help at the grocery store, reading labels, delicious recipes and menu selection at my favourite restaurant are all part of how Stephanie teaches you how to fly on your own. My journey is not over it is just the beginning, but having Stephanie with me to kick start and help me fill my toolbox makes it much easier. Thank you for believing in me and making me believe in myself.

Stephanie was amazing! She helped support me with my weight loss and nutrition goals. She provided great, nutritious alternatives to the unhealthier foods I was used to eating. The daily check ins really helped to keep me on track. I especially found it beneficial that she would help me choose healthy meals off menus when dining out. Stephanie provided me with the knowledge to make smart food choices that kept me feeling full and energetic all day long. She was also always available with any questions I had throughout the day. I can’t say enough about Steph’s program! I signed up to navigate some health concerns and have left with far more than I anticipated! I also have a history of restrictive dieting that would lead to weight loss but then I’d put it all back on. Over the pandemic I gained 15+ pounds and was feeling fatigued, unconfident, I was struggling with iron deficiency and found any dieting I tried wasn’t working. At the age of 40 I was also starting to notice early signs of menopause. The last 12 weeks have been a journey - Steph made it easy to “stay on the wagon”. Had I been on my own I would have bailed 2 weeks in. She is readily available whether it’s advice on a menu at a restaurant or a question while meal prepping or shopping. She is kind and gentle with her daily feedback and worked with me as I experimented with different strategies. I have noticed improvements with energy, fatigue and menopause symptoms. She has helped me gradually change my lifestyle in eating and fitness in a way that sticks. Today, I am down 13 pounds and 2 dress sizes, I workout regularly without it feeling like a chore, it’s 2nd nature to eat in a way that keeps the weight off and my body healthy. I feel way more confident in my skin and clothes. And I’m also confident I can maintain this by myself as I move on. Thank you so so much Steph!!

When I started this it was during a very stressful month of my life and I wasn’t optimistic or had the mental energy to commit to the program, nor did I think I could or would lose any weight at all. I’m an emotional eater especially. Steph is so kind and encouraging and positive. She would always respond so quickly when I was at the grocery store taking pictures of products to get her opinion whether it was a good or bad choice. Making simple changes does make a difference and the knowledge that I’ve gained throughout this process has been extremely valuable and eye-opening. Things that I didn’t like to do like measuring my food I realized very quickly how much I was naturally over eating and also the fact that I could do without less product and still be satisfied. Steph is always willing to help and provide options, recipes and support. In six weeks I lost over 17 pounds and that was without exercise. Most surprisingly to me is I am a big foodie so I realized how important it was to pick and find foods that you really enjoy. I discovered that I could easily make some simple changes without feeling deprived. Eating better has made me feel better and not as bloated and given me more energy. I highly recommend Steph to help you through your weight loss journey and healthier lifestyle.

Stephanie is amazing to work with as she will keep you on track with daily check ins! She really changed my relationship with food and showed me why my body would feel/react a certain way with the types of food I was eating. Also gave great food alternatives that were maintainable!
