Vivi Lettering

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Vivian for not one but three events, my engagement party, bridal shower and finally wedding. Vivian came highly recommended to me by wedding planner Nargess who is the owner of the amazing Fleur de Lis Events! I was beyond excited to work with Vivian after seeing her portfolio of incredible projects via her Instagram page and I can say she 100% did not disappoint.With each one of my events Vivan created invitations, number signs, seating and welcome charts. She spent countless hours going back and forth with me until every last detail was absolutely perfect. She spent so much time talking with me and sending me endless options so I could have the best possible product that would help bring my vision to life. She is such a talented calligrapher and artist and hand drew both the sketches of the Vancouver Club and Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. As you can see via my photos her immense talent speaks for itself. She was such a good listener and went through every single detail making sure I knew nothing was too small to overlook.I was blown away by every single thing she did for me but I was more blown away by how lovely she was to work with. Vivian was available to me at all times and always made sure I knew I could call to make as many revisions or product changes as I needed to get it perfect. She works amazing under pressure and always meets her deadline. She is truly one of the sweetest humans out there and is an absolute joy to work with. I will keep these invitations she created for me for the rest of my life as they are so much more than just stationery. Vivian knew how important it was to me to have every component of my events outstanding from start to finish and that's what she did for me. If you are looking for excellence look no further, I will certainly be using Vivian for all of my future events as she is beyond incredible.

Vivien went above and beyond in helping me with my anniversary gift for my girlfriend. I contacted her less than a week before I needed the gift ready and, despite how last minute it all was, she MORE than delivered.I honestly don't think I've ever seen calligraphy so nice, and I've attended many weddings throughout my life. The work was so clean that I couldn't even believe it was hand-written, but trust me, it was definitely better than any computer-printed work I've seen. Aside from the exquisite calligraphy, she also gave me more ideas which made the presentation of the gift even better.My girlfriend loved the gift, so once again, thank you Vivi!

I found Vivien through Instagram and asked her to do a custom piece for me.I knew the quote I wanted written out and I had a frame for it to go in, but other than that, I wasn't sure. There was a process of back and forth re sharing ideas & suggestions, which was exactly what I needed. She even took the time and used her (amazing!) watercolour skills to paint a beautiful background colour for the quote. Vivien took the time to make sure we had something that really was above and beyond what I had ever hoped for.Vivien was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to end of the process. The piece was incredibly important, sentimental, and personal for me, and I am so happy that I have it up on the wall forever. It is a beauty to look at and inspires me and makes me smile every day.
