Don’t buy from this store. I was told different over the phone and at the store different with promise to lower the price in ten days. I ended up paying more as already signed the contract. Be aware of them don’t go and tell others not to go there if you want to save some money.

I think I spoke to the manager on the phone to make sure the phone I wanted was there. She was helpful and had it brought in for me. The issue is that now I am trying to call back and in the past hour 3 phone calls have been ignored with no message box to leave a call back number on. I was happy to have been given good customer service when I called initially but now I have to drive in to find out if the phone I want has arrived or not. Pretty shabby...

After visiting this bell store last weekend, there is NO WAY that any of the reviews on this place are legitimate. I came to this store to finish upgrading a cellphone plan, where the salesperson then told me that if I could provide him with another piece of ID he would upgrade me to a far better phone + plan. The piece of ID he asked for was my SIN card which I did not feel safe giving him right off the bat, but because he promised the latest iPhone model + an unbeatable plan and claimed that my VISA would not work as a piece of ID, I decided to drive all the way home to get my SIN number for him. Upon returning back to the store, the salesman then told me that I was not eligible for that phone upgrade plan anymore. As you could imagine - I was quite upset. He could tell that I was going to go to another store once my VISA wasn't being accepted, so he LIED about the premium phone plan to get me to come back just to give him the sale. At this point - and beyond frustrated - I decided to go through with the first upgrade plan, where I then found out that my VISA was working & accepted without issue, which made me very confused as to why this salesperson just made me drive back home to get him a copy of my SIN card. The cherry on top of the cake is that in the end, they also did not have the upgrade phone that I wanted at this location. So essentially, this salesperson knew he did not have the proper phone in stock, attempted to get me to accept a different plan - which he then denied me anyways, and also left me with no phone in the end. I spent 2 hours at this location for absolutely no reason just to have a salesperson repeatedly lie to me and then tell me that everything was out of his control". Awful customer service. I will NEVER go back to this location and I highly recommend that no one else does as well. I went to Vaughan Mills Bell after this and had a new phone + plan within a half an hour. Do not visit this Bell."
